ST: An American Tuning Classic

The ST brand emerged in the early '80s in California under the name Suspension Techniques. Thanks to the combination of modern technology and high-quality materials, it quickly gained a significant market share in the American tuning market. To this day, the brand remains highly popular in the USA and beyond, partly due to its acquisition by German KW Automotive in 2005. In the Netherlands, the products were initially sold under the name 'Weitec' and later as 'Weitec made by KW'.

With a new range of products (such as the ST Coilover Program, based on the KW Variant 1 coilover), and leveraging the technological knowledge and experience of KW, ST Suspensions currently offers a variety of suspensions for a wide range of applications, with a global fan base devoted to the products of this brand.

The ST Sport Suspension

A series of products aimed at significantly improving your vehicle's driving dynamics without compromising too much on ride comfort. The ST Sport suspension employs twin-tube dampers with fixed damping and a customized rebound/spring ratio, providing a much sportier driving experience.

Depending on the brand and model, the ST kits can lower your vehicle between 20 and 60 mm. The springs and dampers of the ST kits are perfectly matched, and the preset damping is not only adjusted to the vehicle but also to the desired lowering. They are all certified according to strict German TÜV standards and are compatible with over 30 brands.

The ST X Coilover Suspension

Are you looking to lower your car? ST offers everything you need, no matter how extreme you want to go. Built on the technology of KW Automotive, it guarantees maximum quality and fantastic driving dynamics. After installation, you can easily adjust everything via the polyamide ring on a galvanized, multiple-sealed strut. Standard lowering can be expected between 35 and 65 mm on both the front and rear axles.

This way, you can significantly reduce your car's body roll during compression, achieving a highly sporty steering feel. The car will also become more agile at higher speeds. ST suspensions are specially designed with minimal friction, a housing resistant to high pressure, and a chrome-plated piston rod, all to ensure durability.
