However, we may not always be able to meet these expectations, as sometimes products may be out of stock, resulting in a slightly longer delivery time for your order. The product page will indicate an estimated delivery time. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will promptly notify you.

Delivery will be carried out by the postal service or DHL courier. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are committed to providing the best possible service. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays in the shipping process.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@extreme-carstyling.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
It is always possible that something does not quite go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@extreme-carstyling.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
